1.Where is your factory?
We are in Huangyan District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province. For customers, you can fly to Taizhou airport and we will pick you up there then. meanwhile we provide online video tour service. 

2.l don't know what type of injection molding machine or mold to order, can you give me some suggestions?
Sure. Please provide us with information such as the size/weight/drawing/hourly output and annual usage of the product. We will recommend the appropriate model and give you a quote based on this information. We are happy to work with potential customers to assess technical feasibility, e.g. to select suitable materials/optimize the design and determine production costs

4.How long is the delivery period?
For used injection molding machines, if there is stock, the delivery time is negoti-ated by both parties, but prompt delivery is guaranteed. For molds, the delivery time is 15-20 working days for used molds and 40-60 working days for new molds.

5. Do you provide spare parts for your machines? What is your after-sales service?
We will provide all necessary spare parts before shipment. (Please contact us for packing list)? We provide operation guide and engineer training service before shipment, after shipment we provide 24 hours online support and video technical support.
